Ten Rules
§ People with criminal records: will not be allowed on our land because we want a safe utopian society.
§ We will not neglect animals: because we need animals to keep the environment safe and without animals on guard how will we know if something has gone wrong.
§ Rain forest: we will leave rain forest untouched or harmed so wild animals can live in a safe habitat.
§ Taxes: People may not be able to pay high taxes.
§ Trading Goods: we will not trade goods unfairly to prevent conflict between two places.
§ Laying people off work: people cannot afford to be taken off work to be paying taxes and feeding their families.
§ Prisoners doing hard labor: it is not fair that prisoners have to do hard work for what they have done, they will be sent away from land when they get out.
§ People starving, homeless and/or broke: people should not be neglected like that; they need to be treated better than that.
§ Dangerous wild life and plant life: these dangerous animals and plants should not be around towns and cities could cause diseases and injuries.
§ Struggling families: families should not be worried about payments and sending children to school.
